Trump’s Worst Week Ever! 5 Wins the Media Ignore

Show class, have pride, and display character. If you do, winning takes care of itself.- Paul reitryant

The time has come and Bannon has left the white house.   He may be out but Trump is still in!  I admit at first I was a little shaken, sad even when I heard the news.  My faith wavered just a tiny bit and every single liberal jeer sent me into a homicidal rage!  But I calmed down and I’ve since became more rational. It also helps that Bannon has returned to Breitbart and promises to go to war.

This could have come at a better time with the MSM salivating on dismembering the Trump administration one coward at a time after the Charlottesville violence.  They certainly do not need any more bullets of encouragement coming from Trump himself,  the worst thing for them to believe is that their bogus moral outrage stories could have any effect.

“If there’s any confusion out there, let me clear it up: I’m leaving the White House and going to war for Trump against his opponents — on Capitol Hill, in the media, and in corporate America,”  Bannon told Bloomberg.

But if there is one thing to remember, the louder the cries are the more they are trying to hide and the more desperate they are. This kind of media meltdown has happened a few times in Trump’s Presidency and most people probably can’t even remember the source of the prior outrage.

What is real can’t be threatened or so I’ve heard, so on that note here are five REAL victories for the American people.

  1. End of Choke Point

It is the government programs that we don’t notice that lead to the most corruption.  You would hope that the general public would become more skeptical of these numerous unscrupulous programs and demand accountability from our politicians!  Unfortunately they either are unaware of the program or unaware that there is anything we can do about it.

I swear American sometimes act like the patient that learns they have stage one cancer when the doctors say that all that is required is a surgery but the patient instead starts planning his funeral. If only we could all telepathically communicate with them and let them know that nothing will ever change if we don’t fight for it!  It takes 10 times as much courage to believe in something then to denounce everything and not try.

If you have trouble believing that things will ever change, take heart that Operation Choke Point has ended.  This was an Obama bully program used to shake down any business that the Obama administration didn’t like (and they say the mafia is dead).  This DOJ and bank regulator program aimed at payday lenders, banks, and other third-party processors providing services to industries that may pose a risk to the institutions’ reputations.

And just like that it’s over.  Now tell me why someone as “corrupt” as Trump would end a program he could use to shake down businesses that he didn’t like?  But no, the Justice Department has committed to ending a controversial Obama-era program that discourages banks from doing business with a range of companies, from payday lenders to gun retailers.

If you don’t believe me, in a letter to House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd referred to the program as “a misguided initiative.”

We share your view that law abiding businesses should not be targeted simply for operating in an industry that a particular administration might disfavor…Enforcement decisions should always be made based on facts and the applicable law.

Operation Choke Point began in 2013 and now seven months into the new administration it is over.  Any really moral person knows that the ends do not justify the means.  Regardless of any alleged good ends Obama was aiming for, the program was clearly a personal base bat to hurt legitimate businesses Obama didn’t care for.  It’s like cutting off your right hand because you prefer your left.

The Obama Administration created this ill-advised program to suffocate legitimate businesses to which it was ideologically opposed by intimidating financial institutions into denying banking services to those businesses. … By ending Operation Choke Point, the Trump Justice Department has restored the Department’s responsibility to pursue lawbreakers, not legitimate businesses.-Goodlatte

The DOJ went on to say it would no longer engage in investigations motivated by “political preferences” and specifically said it would not target the financial dealings of otherwise lawful members of the short-term lending and firearms industries.

Exactly why we need guys like Bannon, but hey Trump ended it.  Further proof that we may be going in the right direction.

  1. Probe into China trade practices

China deserved to have it’s butt looked at a long long long time ago.  It just stinks when China is firmly in bed with your past administrations.  How sickening is it when you have a President sell things that doesn’t belong to him, but to the American people?  Whatever the Clinton’s narssasticoally tell themselves, judgement day will not look kindly on them.

Trump however just signaled that his administration would  begin a probe into the impact of China’s trade rules on U.S. intellectual property on Monday when President Donald Trump signed an order authorizing U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer to consider beginning a Section 302 investigation.

China has benefited from “soft” U.S. administration that seemed perfectly comfortable letting China do whatever it wanted why they stroked their own egos.  As long as their loved by Hollywood and the media, what does it matter what actually happens.  And it wasn’t good, the Trump administration officials have estimated that theft of intellectual property by China could be as high as $600 billion. There you have it, the price tag for America.

China is the world’s worst infringer of intellectual property rights, according to a 2013 report from the government’s Commission on the Theft of U.S. Intellectual Property. The report estimated that China accounted for between $150 billion to $240 billion annual cost to the U.S. economy from the theft of intellectual property. It put the annual cost globally at $300 billion, meaning China accounts for between 50 percent and 80 percent of those losses.

IP theft by thousands of Chinese actors continues to be rampant, and the United States constantly buys its own and other states’ inventions from Chinese infringers.- The commission said in a 2017 update to its report.

And would you look at that, between 1979 to around 1997, U.S. manufacturing job levels were stable. Declines were in line with general unemployment, says EPI economist Robert Scott. After 1997, the absolute numbers of manufacturing jobs collapsed due to cheap competition from Chinese labor that flooded the U.S. with “Made in China” imports.  What year was ChinaGate again?

It’s no coincidence that America started losing its manufacturing jobs right when Clinton and the DNC started taking tons of cash from the Chinese.  What is foriegn interference into American elections?  Oh that’s right it looks like a foreign government bribing the President for favors.

Maybe Trump is taking a page out of Bannon’s book.

To me the economic war with China is everything. And we have to be maniacally focused on that.  If we continue to lose it, we’re five years away, I think, ten years at the most, of hitting an inflection point from which we’ll never be able to recover.-Bannon

  1. Veterans are no longer shoved under America’s mattress

Let me just say how awful veteran’s affairs have been.  Awful.  A country that treats its soldiers like we have been is a disgrace.  There shouldn’t be any homeless veterans, there shouldn’t be veterans dying in hospitals because they can’t get the care they need.

Back in 2014 the godsend that is the purest form of socialized medicine there is faced a scandal.  At VHA hospitals America was facing some crises.  Critics charged that patients at the VHA hospitals had not met the target of getting an appointment within 14 days. In some hospitals, the staff falsified appointment records to appear to meet the 14-day target.

Worse!  Some patients died while they were on the waiting list.   CNN reported on April 30, 2014 that at least 40 United States Armed Forces veterans died while waiting for care at the Phoenix, Arizona, Veterans Health Administration facilities.

Obama himself couldn’t deny this in a June 2014 report, admitting that:

A corrosive [VA] culture has led to personnel problems across the Department that are seriously impacting morale and by extension, the timeliness of health care…..problems . . . exacerbated by poor management and communication structures, distrust between some VA employees and management, a history of retaliation toward employees raising issues, and a lack of accountability across all grade levels.

Let this sink in for a moment, before President Trump took office, it was nearly impossible to fire a bad VA employee. Underperforming VA employees got bonuses. And executives who had been disciplined in the past received full pension benefits. The VA had become a scandal-laden, bureaucratic void.

The Secretary of Veterans Affairs Shulkin has helped implement a VA Office of Accountability and Whistleblower Protection, created a website to track and publish wait times at every VA hospital, drastically increased mental health services across the system, and developed a way to electronically transfer veterans’ medical records from the Department of Defense to the VA to simplify their transition from service to civilian life.

Further, President Trump has signed an emergency spending bill that will pump more than $2 billion into a program that allows veterans to receive private medical care at government expense.

That slow and incremental steady change isn’t what this organization needs. That what we need is bolder, fundamental change dealing with the issues that frankly are really hard to deal with and that go back decades. That means, by definition, we are going to have to take greater risk. That is part of what [President Trump] has asked us to do.-Shulkin

As well as allocating more money for our Veterans, on Aug. 12, the president signed the VA Choice and Quality Employment Act of 2017.  Much like the Department of Veterans Affairs Accountability and Whistleblower Protection Act of 2017, and the Defense Authorization Act of 2017, the new law provides targeted reforms that are tailored to meet the requirements of a single department.

According to Federal News Radio the public should be proud for many reasons:

  • Expanded authority to declare shortage category positions.
  • An Executive Management Fellowship Program to enable training of VA employees in the private sector and employees from the private sector to train in VA.
  • Annual performance plans for political appointees.
  • Reappointment of former VA career and career conditional employees in a position one grade higher than they last held.
  • A technical expert career track that would allow advancement without the need to move to a supervisory position.
  • Excepted service appointments of students and recent graduates, leading to conversion to a career or career conditional appointment.
  • Establishment of a recruiting database covering every vacancy in the department, with the ability to select applicants for positions other than the one for which they originally applied.
  • Training for human resources professionals of the Veterans Health Administration on how to best recruit and retain employees of the Veterans Health Administration, including with respect to any recruitment and retention matters that are unique to the Veterans Health Administration under Chapter 74 of title 38, United States Code, or other provisions of law.
  • Standardized exit surveys to be voluntarily completed by career and noncareer employees and executives of the department who voluntarily separate.
  • Expansion of direct hire authority for positions where there is a shortage of highly qualified candidates.

To all those that say Trump is not draining the swamp, you don’t even know what a swamp would look like.  You got to line them all up and then attack, slowly drain the water until the scum are flopping around gasping for air like fish.  The establishment has no idea what is coming for them.

  1. Hillary Clinton has escaped justice for the last time

Hillary Clinton investigated and her stooge Debbie Wasserman Schultz are facing serious heat from the Tump administration.  Even her fellow Democrats are scared (even though they probably sold their souls to Hillary a long time ago).

Bloomberg reports that Democrats are privately concerned that Clinton’s book will help Trump, by fueling his case that Democrats are going after him because they’re bitter.  A bitter shrew gonna do what a bitter shrew do.

She better get that book out soon!  President Donald Trump’s lawyer, Jay Sekulow, claims the FBI has “reopened” a request to dig deeper into a private meeting between former President Bill Clinton and then-attorney general Loretta Lynch that happened at the height of an investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails in 2016.

The FBI responded to an open records request from the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), confirming that some documents related to the meeting may actually exist. Even though the FBI had denied such documents existed.

The Senate judiciary committee in June said it was looking into potential political interference under Lynch as head of the Justice Department.  Some people like to make light of the emails, but the inspector general for the intelligence community has told Congress that of 40 Clinton emails randomly reviewed as a sample of her correspondence as secretary of state, four contained classified information.

So the State Department had to open a formal inquiry into the possible mishandling of classified information by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her aides. Clinton and her staffers still have security clearances which could be revoked depending on the outcome of the investigation.Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, confirmed the department’s formal inquiry to Fox News.

She risks prosecution under the same misdemeanor federal security statute used to prosecute former CIA Director Gen. David Petraeus, said former federal prosecutor Bradley Simon.

Trump is coming at her from all angels.  The Hillary Clinton enforcer Wasserman Schultz resigned from the DNC in July 2016 when WikiLeaks released hacked committee emails.  Now I know this woman is sweating.

A federal grand jury Thursday indicted two former information technology (IT) aides of Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz — Pakistani-born Imran Awan and his wife Hina Alvi — on four counts of conspiracy in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

The FBI arrested Awan at Dulles International Airport July 24 as he was preparing to board a flight to Pakistan. When his wife Alvi left the U.S. for Pakistan in March, federal authorities found more than $12,000 in cash hidden in a suitcase. She had withdrawn the couple’s three children from local schools and does not intend to return to the U.S., according to the FBI.

Defendants AWAN and ALVI did unlawfully, willfully, and knowingly conspire, combine, confederate, and agree with each other to commit offenses against the United Statesincluding bank fraud, false statements, and unlawful monetary transactions.- The indictment said.

However, Wasserman Schultz kept Alvi on her payroll until March and Awan until the day after his arrest. Authorities arrested Awan on the bank fraud charges in order to take his passport and prevent his leaving the U.S. as the investigation into their Capitol Hill activities continues.

And get this, Awan retained Chris Gowen, a longtime aide to former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, to represent him shortly after his arrest.

Yikes doesn’t look good, maybe crime and corruption doesn’t always pay?

  1. A brand new Cyber Unit

If foreign governments try to influence American elections they will find it much more difficult.  You would think that a guy who allegedly received so much help from the Russians would just love

In a new development President Donald Trump announced a bureaucratic shift on Friday to increase the power and independence of U.S. Cyber Command, giving the military unit more power to wage digital warfare against adversaries.

The White House announcement Friday means U.S. Cyber Command may eventually be split off from the intelligence-focused National Security Agency.

This new Unified Combatant Command will strengthen our cyberspace operations and create more opportunities to improve our nation’s defense…The elevation of United States Cyber Command demonstrates our increased resolve against cyberspace threats and will help reassure our allies and partners and deter our adversaries.-Trump

President Trump is still doing great things.  Things ignored by the media to convince us that he isn’t actually draining the swamp.  They lie because their scared and each pick is chipping away at the damn. Soon the floodgates will be released and the snakes will drown.

People may be skeptical of Tump and I understand, I never found the President I could trust, but just remember, he is the only one actually accountable to the people. He made his promises to the public, not the cronies and elite suckling every other politician.  If Trump betrays the people he looses.
